The Human Resources Department performs human resource management functions, included but not limited to, hiring, training, and supporting new employees. As a result, the Human Resources Department is responsible for tasks such as implementing employment policies, keeping track of personnel information, administer compensation benefits, and ensuring the City of East Ridge complies with Local, State, and Federal labor laws and employment standards.
