The Building Maintenance Department provides a variety of services for all government owned buildings. Scope of services range from renovations, repairs, installation, and monitoring of all city operated systems and facilities.
The Building Maitenance department is composed of the supervisor and two assistants who spealize in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry maintenance. The department reguarly schedules preventive, predictive, and correcitve maintenance inspections city-wide in efforts to prolong the sustainability of all systems amd facilities.
