THE EAST RIDGE CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AT THE FEBRUARY 25, 2021 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AT 6:00 PM TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:
ORDINANCE NO. 1144 –
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAST RIDGE, TENNESSEE, TO AMEND THE ZONING REGULATIONS AND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EAST RIDGE, TENNESSEE SO AS TO REZONE THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6205 RINGGOLD ROAD

R-1 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND M-2 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
City Hall will be open
ONLY
for those who wish to speak at the Public Hearing. Speakers will enter the atrium in the front of City Hall and sign in to speak. Speakers must abide by social distancing requirements and wear a mask. When the Public Hearing starts, they will be escorted in one at a time to speak to the Council, then leave the Council Room. The meeting will be broadcast in the atrium for those in attendance to watch.
